I love fruit and vegetables, but sometimes find it difficult to include a suitable quantity in my daily diet.  That’s why I like making juice as a way of ensuring all that fruit and vegetable goodness can be easily (and deliciously) consumed.  Of a weekend, I make a batch of my favourite combination (Pineapple-Beetroot-Celery-Carrot-Apple) and it lasts for a few days.  It really does taste delicious.  And with that vibrant purple hue – it must be some sort of incredible super hero tonic, right?

{Super Healthy Juice}
1/2 Pineapple
1/2 a head of celery
2 Beetroots
2 Carrots
2 Green Apples
Knob of ginger (adjust to taste)

    That left over fruit and vegetable pulp would make great organic compost or even do wonders for an active worm farm.
