A little while ago, a friend of mine was about to leap into the unknown, quitting her full time office job for a self powered, creative role where she would be working from home. No more office, no more tea room, no more colleagues to drop in on and talk office politics. On her last day, I made some chocolate fudge cupcakes and Jack and I journeyed in to deliver them to her office. I used this recipe for the cupcakes and they had a deliciously crumbly brownie like consistency. For the frosting, I used this recipe from Sparkle Cupcakes, but stirred through 100g of melted white chocolate that had been slightly cooled just before icing.
