2 x blocks of white chocolate
1 x pack of original oreos
1 x container of mini oreos
You will need a mould of some description, I couldn’t find any Easter Egg shaped ones so I just used some silicone egg poachers. But you could even use silicone muffin tin if you had nothing else.
1. Melt one block of chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat and pour a little into each mould, swirling until a base is created. Place moulds into fridge to chill completely.
2. Chop up the packet of original oreos into bite sized chunks.
3. Once the moulds are set, melt the other block of chocolate over the same double boiler. Once melted, stir chopped oreos through. Retrieve moulds from fridge and spoon equal amounts of the cookies and cream mix in. Top with a few mini oreos and return to the fridge to set.
