As promised, I’m posting some photos of our Australia Day Lunch menu.  We had a pretty great day, despite the unseasonably wet and windy weather.  To escape the rain, we moved our soiree inside, and it was cosy and festive and lovely.

{Australia Day Lunch Menu}
A sharing plate with: crumbly blue cheese, creamy brie and rich smoked Gouda; marinated lemon and garlic olives; fire roasted capsicum; grilled eggplant and a trio of dips
Whole baked Tasmanian salmon stuffed with lemon and dill served with homemade mayonnaise, smashed herbed potatoes, roasted carrots, and a rocket, pear and Parmesan salad
White chocolate Pavlova filled with gooey passion fruit pulp, pearls of pomegranate and showered with shards of white chocolate

      Next time, don’t go to Costa Rica and come for lunch instead! x
